1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once production has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

• Customized products are non‑refundable.
• Refunds are applicable only if:
  • A wrong product is delivered
  • The product is damaged during transit

3. Replacement Process

Replacement / Exchange product will be delivered witj in 7-10 days

• Approved refund will be credited within 7-10 business days
